Joe Wawzyrniak of the great Jersey Beat turns in the first review of Cuppa Joe‘s Tunnel Trees, and its a good one, stating that the album “makes a strong and lasting impression on the basis of its potently brooding atmosphere alone.”  He comments on the album’s “absorbing vocals” and “achingly tender and fragile” arrangements, concluding by calling it “A very on the money moving album.”
